We are looking for a Presales Solution Architect to support our Sales team on campaigns, presales and bids. The role will involve engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding customer’s strategy requirements and develop IT solutions & architecture around it. The architect will build strong relationships and manage the post contract solution handover. You will also be responsible for the entire solutions design lifecycle and keen to prepare world class proposals for complex multi-vendor opportunities.
Core Skills
  • Pre-sales experience in a professional services environment
  • Extensive knowledge of IT Services and technologies – in particular Managed Services solutions, with experience in any of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Citrix, VMware, ServiceNow or Security Services.
  • Strong experience in building solutions, and ability to tailor proposal or presentation for a given customer scenario
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with an affinity to customers, sales and delivery functions
  • Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills
