We are looking for a SOC Manager to manage & grow our Cyber Security team working as part of our 24x7 Cyber Resilience Centre.

In this role, you will provide leadership and direction to others and ensure a high-level of efficiency in coordinating cyber security incidents through collaboration with key stakeholders throughout the organization. On a day-to-day basis, you will assist in building effective teams and will provide the key link between senior executives and general employees.

You expertise & thorough knowledge of IT Security, will help in the development, implementation, and review of technical security assessments of IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems.

Core Skills:

  • Experience in application and network-based testing.
  • Experience in cyber security monitoring and cyber threat intelligence, including IT security incident response and prevention methodologies and processes, technical forensics methodologies and processes.
  • Proven ability in researching and analyzing technical and business data and developing a strong response to emerging threats and security risk to the CRC client electronic environment.
  • Expertise in risk management and compliance methodologies and processes within an OT and enterprise environment.
  • A high standard of presentation, client service and good interpersonal skills is required.
  • Ability to maintain relationships with external stakeholders including CRC clients, external vendors and Industry experts or groups
