Senior Microsoft Development Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Development Consultant to provide specialist knowledge and technical expertise for the successful planning and implementation of software solutions involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform and other integrations with D365. 

In this role you will be performing all aspects of development activity, including; analysis and design, programming, unit testing, writing application documentation, and assisting with implementation and support and maintenance of those application systems. 

You will also provide pre-sales expertise and to consulting services when needed. The role will give you as a lead developer a chance to create your own mark and lead the customer and the team towards success. You will also be able to provide mentorship and assistance to other team members and will play a key role in growing and developing our New Zealand Practice.

In order to thrive in this environment, we envisage you will have:

  • At least 7 years’ experience in Microsoft Development environments and a strong understanding of the Microsoft “stack”.
  • Proven specialist skills in configuration and customisation of Dynamics 365
  • Integration skills with Dynamics 365 using APIs
  • Power BI skills would be valued but isn’t mandatory
  • Field Service experience and/or Customer Services insight would be valued.
  • A naturally positive, proactive mind-set where the customers' needs are foremost and where you own the outcome
  • Outstanding communication skills.
