Senior Resource Coordinator

As a Senior Resource Coordinator you will be pivotal to the business providing advice on workforce and resource management to support Federal Government projects. Your excellent communication and organisational skills will see you succeed in this role being the first point of contact for escalations and provide guidance to key stakeholders within the business.

Core Skills

  • Run effective weekly resource meetings;
  • Using your interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with Senior Management and stakeholders at all levels;
  • Good negotiation and decision making skills;
  • Strategic thinking and complex problem solving;
  • Work in a team environment adapting to changing environment and pressures;
  • Ability to maintain confidential information (personal and commercial);
  • Excellent record-keeping and administrative skills;
  • Ability to deliver allocated tasks on time and with a high degree of quality and accuracy;
  • Knowledge and skill in SAP;
  • Experience in Human Resource or Project Administrator role;
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
