Aligned to our customer’s business requirements, Fujitsu EUS provides tailored maintenance services, hardware and software support, remote support, software deployment and relocation services as well as return-to-base warranty & non-warranty hardware break/fix repairs with each of our clients.

We are looking for an entry level Desktop Support who has a keen interest of End User Systems such as MS Windows, Apple, and Mobile device OS, along with strong customer service skills. This role is responsible for basic support of desktop, infrastructure and services across multiple technology streams and ensuring Fujitsu customers are provided with user centric onsite level 1 support for their end user devices with expectations adequately managed.

Core Skills

  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of IT from any of the following:
    • Cert IV Information Technology or higher
    • IT Qualifications (such as Microsoft)
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Good professional presentation and ethical standards.
  • For this role, a driver’s license is preferred.
