Channel Sales & Distribution Manager

Location: Sydney or Melbourne

Do you have a strong channel sales background? Do you have a track record of driving increased success within the channel? Fujitsu is looking for Channel Sales and Distribution Manager to take responsibility of the Fujitsu Channel Business, covering all products we sell in Oceania through the channel. This is a Hybrid position that focuses on strategic planning as well as hands on involvement.

The role will have 2 aspects, Channel Sales, which will involve developing a strategy to drive significant growth within our channel business, managing channel partner programs and taking responsibility for organisational setup, operational management and forecasting. And Distribution Management, which will involve the selection of distributors, distributor relationship management, sell/sell-out planning and leading join business and marketing programs .

The opportunity would suit an experienced Channel Sales professional who is looking to stamp their mark and loves the challenge of participating in significant growth.

Core Skills:

·         Comprehensive channel experience, preferably on the vendor side

·         An in-depth understanding of operational requirements (sell-in/sell-out management, MDF)

·         A growth mindset and the desire to take ownership of a rather small business

·         Experienced in driving strategy

·         Experienced in building partner relationships
